UB40 bassist Earl Hawker has been prohibited from run companies for quatern years

The bassist of 1980s reggae stripe UB40 has been banned from track companies for tetrad age afterward a bust-up complete clerking.

Earl Falconer was locked because his troupe Unconditioned reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't clean carve up the proceeds with creditors.

The group's business handler David Bird Parker and companion manager Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and sewa loadbank four-year bans respectively. 

It is implied deuce former ex-set members were among the creditors.
