Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot Conversation

If you don't set up the Enable web search in Copilot policy, web search is offered to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Enable the use of additional optional linked experiences in Workplace policy to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is currently pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Expectation for many users who are qualified for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop.

Admins can also change the pinning settings of Copilot Conversation for customers in Microsoft Teams through the Teams admin center: Assign an app arrangement plan with Copilot Chat in the pinned applications to customers with an Entra account.
