Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot Conversation

If you do not set up the Permit web search in Copilot plan, internet search is available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Permit the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office plan to Disabled.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for most customers who are eligible for Copilot Chat across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigation bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also unchecked the 'Allow users to be asked whether they intend to pin it' alternative, your setting setup is 'Do not pin' and your users still won't have actually copilot portal login pinned in their navigating bar.

To assist enhance the high quality of feedbacks, Copilot Conversation can utilize web search questions sent to the Bing search service to ground reactions in the most recent details from the internet.
