If you don't configure the Allow web search in Copilot plan, internet search is available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and copilot portal pricing Chat, unless you set the Enable the usage of extra optional connected experiences in Workplace policy to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Overview for a lot of users that are qualified for Copilot Conversation throughout the web, mobile, and desktop computer.
