If you do not configure the Enable internet search in Copilot policy, internet search is available to individuals by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you establish the Enable the usage of extra optional linked experiences in Workplace plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is currently pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for many customers that are eligible for Copilot Conversation across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin facility and also unchecked the 'Allow users to be asked whether they intend to pin it' option, your setup configuration is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still won't have Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.
