If you don't configure the Enable web search in Copilot plan, web search is offered to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and copilot student login Chat, unless you establish the Permit the usage of extra optional linked experiences in Office policy to Impaired.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Expectation for a lot of customers who are eligible for Copilot Chat throughout the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you previously selected 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin facility and additionally uncontrolled the 'Permit customers to be asked whether they wish to pin it' choice, your setup configuration is 'Do not pin' and your users still won't have Copilot pinned in their navigating bar.

To assist improve the quality of feedbacks, Copilot Chat can use web search queries sent to the Bing search service to ground responses in the latest information from the web. Copilot comes with a CRM, notification center, powerful permission controls, and crucial apps for messaging, payment, file-sharing, agreements, and forms.
