If you do not configure the Allow web search in copilot client portal pricing policy, web search is offered to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Enable the usage of added optional connected experiences in Office plan to Disabled.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Expectation for the majority of users who are eligible for Copilot Conversation throughout the web, mobile, and desktop computer.

Admins can also change the pinning settings of Copilot Conversation for customers in Microsoft Teams via the Groups admin center: Appoint an application setup plan with Copilot Chat in the pinned applications to individuals with an Entra account.

To aid improve the high quality of reactions, Copilot Chat can utilize web search queries sent to the Bing search service to ground feedbacks in the most recent information from the web. Copilot includes a CRM, alert facility, effective authorization controls, and essential apps for messaging, payment, file-sharing, agreements, and types.
