If you do not configure the Allow internet search in Copilot policy, internet search is readily available to individuals by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Allow the use of added optional connected experiences in Office policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Overview for many individuals who are qualified for Copilot Chat across the web, mobile, and desktop computer.

Admins can also alter the pinning setups of Copilot Chat for individuals in Microsoft Teams via the Teams admin facility: Designate an app setup plan with Copilot Conversation in the pinned applications to individuals with an Entra account.
