If you do not configure the Enable internet search in Copilot policy, web search is available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Permit the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Expectation for a lot of customers who are qualified for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop computer.

Admins can also transform the pinning setups of Copilot Conversation for individuals in Microsoft Teams through the Groups admin center: Designate an app arrangement policy with Reviews On Copilot App Chat in the pinned apps to individuals with an Entra account.
